アーユルヴェーダウェルネスティー

The loose leaves smell earthy and slightly sweet, and a teaspoon in my morning pot steeps into a smooth cup with no bitterness. I like that it's built around the old Ayurvedic idea of preventing problems instead of just fixing them. Three weeks in and my afternoons feel less sluggish.

I’ve been brewing this before bed for a week now and the loose-leaf blend steeps into a calming, earthy cup that actually makes me look forward to my evening routine. The fact that it’s rooted in ancient preventive practices gives me peace of mind that I’m doing something good for my body.

Steeped for five minutes and the liquor turned a deep, comforting amber; it's become my evening ritual that actually makes me feel like I'm resetting. The loose leaf blend is generously portioned, so the pouch has lasted way longer than I expected.
