綻放花茶

I bought these mostly for the jasmine, and the globe amaranth adds this faint honeyed note I wasn't expecting. Steeping one in my clear teapot takes about three minutes before it's fully open, and the green tea base stays smooth instead of turning bitter.

Watching the woven bud slowly unfurl into a full bloom is half the fun—the jasmine and chrysanthemum release a gentle, floral aroma that’s surprisingly calming. It’s become my afternoon ritual, and the globe amaranth adds a lovely pop of color to the cup.

Dropped one of the blossoms into a clear glass and watched it slowly unfurl — genuinely mesmerizing. The jasmine comes through soft and floral without overpowering the green tea base. Makes a plain afternoon feel like a small ceremony.
