大吉嶺經典紅茶

I've been drinking Darjeeling for years and this one actually tastes like it came from high altitude — that bright golden liquor with a floral edge you don't get from the supermarket stuff. Steeped it three minutes and it stayed smooth without going bitter.

The muscatel sweetness really comes through in that second cup, exactly as described, and the liquor holds that rich golden color even after three minutes. I've been brewing it loose every afternoon and the altitude difference is noticeable—smoother, less bite than my usual Assam.
