The leaves arrived beautifully intact and fragrant — not crushed into dust like other dried herbs I've tried. I brewed a cup of tea this morning and the flavor was bold and clean, exactly what I wanted for my afternoon wind-down.

I tossed a few sprigs into my roast chicken and the aroma that filled the kitchen was incredible—these leaves are much more vibrant than the jarred stuff I usually grab. The tea I made with the leftover bits was surprisingly soothing too.

Used a generous pinch in a lamb roast and the flavor held up nicely through two hours in the oven. Only gripe is the stems are a bit woody, so I end up picking through the bag more than I'd like. Still, good enough that I'll use it for tea too.
